Centennial Real Estate

Situated in Arapahoe County, Centennial got its name from Colorado’s nickname of the “Centennial State.” The state was admitted to the union in 1876, which was the 100th year anniversary of the United States Declaration of Independence, hence the name centennial.

It is one of Colorado’s newest cities and was incorporated on February 7, 2001. There were around 111,331 residents in 2020, and the city hosts the third busiest airport in the state, Centennial Airport. Because of its proximity to Denver, accessing the larger Denver International Airport is also quite easy and nearby.
